Q: Where are your products, and the materials used in your products made?

A: We strive to keep our business focus on being locally made, and as such, all products are made in our factory in Cape Town, with all of our materials being sourced locally. 

 

Q: Will your Hunting Day pack help me shoot any better?

A: Negatory! Our focus is to get you closer to the target animal and not to improve your hunting skills.

Q: Are your products waterproof?

A: No. We use 100% waterproof material for all our products. Still, due to the nature of the construction, they are only water resistant. This means they can get wet, so they are suitable for most weather conditions but will not keep the contents dry if submerged.

If you receive your order and decide it is just not for you, please contact us at sales@ffsoutdoor.com. All returns must be in new and unused condition WITHIN 30 DAYS for a full product refund (excluding shipping charges). Returns past 30 days are subject to approval, handled case-by-case basis, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.


WHO IS RESPONSIBLE FOR SHIPPING COSTS?The customer is responsible for all return/exchange shipping charges unless the incorrect item is sent or the item is defective.HOW DO I SHIP BACK THE ITEMS?

All returns/exchanges must be processed through email. All returns/exchanges must be sent back to FFS Outdoor at the cost of the consumer. All packages must be sent to the following address:

Repairs

All our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If there are ever any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace at no cost to you.


Typical wear and tear problems will require a reasonable repair or replacement charge. In addition, any returned goods MUST be clean and free of debris for us to make repairs.
