If you receive your order and decide it is just not for you, please contact us at sales@ffsoutdoor.com.All returns must be in new and unused condition WITHIN 30 DAYS for a full product refund (excluding shipping charges). Returns past 30 days are subject to approval, handled case-by-case basis, and a 15% restocking fee will be charged.

Repairs
All our products are guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship. If there are ever any defects in materials or workmanship, we will repair or replace at no cost to you.
Typical wear and tear problems will require a reasonable repair or replacement charge. In addition, any returned goods MUST be clean and free of debris for us to make repairs.

The Tactical AR 1-6X24 SFP IR Scope with T7 Reticle and open turrets is a premier short to mid range hunting riflescope. The illuminated T7 reticle has 6 different illumination settings, including a daylight bright option. The retitcle is designed for quick target acquisition and makes it a great choice for short range hunting and competitions The high-performing target optics features very efficient light transmission and an extremely wide magnification range, it fulfills all requirements when shooting by day or in twilight. The T7 reticle is calibrated in true MIL values at all magnification and can be re-indexed to zero after sighting in.

FULL LIFETIME "NO QUESTIONS ASKED" WARRANTY
Rudolph Optics offers a full lifetime warranty on all of the sport optics and a 1 year manufacturer’s warranty on all accessories and electronic rangefinders.
If at any time during the guarantee period a Rudolph Optics product is found to have a defect in material or workmanship, Rudolph Optics will, repair or replace it free of charge. The guarantee is also transferable to another user. Rudolph Optics reserves the right to replace any product, which has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function. All product repairs are handled in our OEM facilities, under the factory’s control.
IMPORTANT:
Shipping charges to Rudolph Optics should be prepaid by the owner. Please keep tracking records for the shipment. Rudolph Optics can’t be responsible for your product until we physically receive it. Rudolph Optics pays for shipping back to you.
